With four years of experience in property management and as a tenant herself, it’s fair to say that Alisha can relate to both sides of the coin. Combined with her enthusiasm, hands-on knowledge and life experience, Alisha is a true asset to the team.

Bringing fresh energy to the team and three years of property management experience, Kaitlin is no rookie. She has a thoughtful approach to managing properties, shaped by her journey from tenant to homeowner. She’s all about clear communication, smooth onboarding, and making sure both owners and tenants feel genuinely supported.

She’s passionate about creating great experiences and always looking for ways to improve and raise the bar.

Ruth is a highly experienced property manager, and has been part of the property management industry in Hawke's Bay for over 13 years. In that time she's managed hundreds of rental properties for a wide ranging client base. Ruth has extensive knowledge of the industry, and in saying that there's not much that surprises her anymore.

As an active relaxer Ruth is always undertaking projects and renovations and has sound practical knowledge in project management, timelines, budget and quality finishes.

Nikki has 15+ years experience in the property industry and is a highly regarded property manager. She has previously worked on a very large mixed portfolio in the residential sector, picking up a few awards along the way.

Her passion for property continues to grow and she has recently along with her husband bought her first investment property. Nikki enjoys working with her clients to build and add value to their investment portfolio, and believes a practical approach, finding the right tenant and creating good relationships with both clients and tenants is the key to property management success.

Warren overseas the compliance and finance side of the business.

Warren has a keen eye for the numbers, and loves to analyse deals and property investments of his own. From always having a hand in the property market in some way or another Warren loves the freedom property investment can provide.
