Rentsmart services are second to none. They have made the whole process seamless. Great communication, detailed inspections and they always find great tenants. We are now in our 3rd year and could not be happier.

Ruth from Rent Smart has been our Property Manager for 3years. Ruth's communication has been exceptional. Following through on getting things replaced if needed & making sure Tenants & Landlords are happy. I do hope we can continue to employ this great lady.

Nikki looks after our rental property like it’s her own. I have dealt with a few rental agents over the years but this agency is easily the best I have had the pleasure of using. Nothing is a problem and our investment is looked after properly. A+

Thanks once again for a well-managed year. We sleep easily, knowing that she has great rapport with our tenants, and has our properties under control. Have a fab Christmas, and a well deserved break!

We have found Rentsmart such an easy company to get on with. Any hiccups are readily sorted, communication is easy and clear and our property manager is ready and willing to help resolve whatever is needed. If we have to move we would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat.
